Newbie Profit Rocket Cover Images

Using ebook cover images adds perceived value to Newbie Profit Rocket and can dramatically increase your click-through rates and sales. These images can also be used in your website ads, articles, and product reviews. The large images are 244 X 342 pixels. The smaller images are 160 X 227 pixels. Book covers should be used as a supplemental tool of your affiliate marketing campaign. They should not be the only tool for promoting Newbie Profit Rocket. The author of Newbie Profit Rocket (CindyAnn Williams) is a retired school teacher, and as I read her website, I could practically feel her caring and concern about other people learning things that can really help them.

CindyAnn wrote this book based on all the mistakes she made while trying to start her own business. I got the book, read it all the way through, and immediately learned several things that are already helping me to avoid some problems and make my affiliate marketing business even more successful.

So that's the website. What about the real heart of the issue - the product itself?

I do have to say that it's really awesome, and coming from a naturally suspicious person, that's a big statement!

Affiliate Commissions: 3 Main Types

If you are thinking about becoming an affiliate marketer or just need a little bit more information about what the product owners are offering you, look no more. There are three different major ways that you can earn affiliate commisions, and they are all easy to understand. There is standard commission, click-through commission, and residual commission. Which type is right for you and your business? Only you can answer that, but this may help you find the best type of commission for your individual situation.

Standard commission is just that. Everything you ever buy from your local retail store is making that store money by standard commission. They buy a whole case of packages of socks, you buy one of those packages of socks, and they make a percentage of the sale. On the internet, you can do the same thing. Many affiliate programs will offer you 50% - 75% commission on every sale made through your website. Hey, that's not bad!

Click-through commission is a little different. You will get paid every time someone clicks on a link that belongs to you and ends up at the retailer who provided you with that link. This doesn't pay much - usually 20-50 cents per click. The good thing is, people don't have to purchase anything for you to earn your commission.

Residual commission is a very interesting possibility. Let's say you have a link to a monthly service of some kind, like a stock market information site. Someone clicks on that link and signs up. Not only do you get an upfront commission (usually not as big as a standard commission) for each person who signs up. However, for each month that person continues to pay for the monthly service, you get an ongoing percentage. In the long run, this has the potential to make you the most money.

Weigh your options carefully and choose products that will work the best for you, the general area you are promoting, and your own short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.
